We are recruiting for a Tier 1 contractor who are looking for an FTTP Cabling Engineer to complete FTTP Fibre Installations in Essex with occasional travel beyond. You will be working as part of a team installing catenary cables and fibre optic / copper cables in Multi-Dwelling Units internally and externally. You must be prepared to work at heights in a physically demanding role.

FTTP Cabling Engineer
Salary: Up to £28,000 + Shared Van + Company Benefits (BRAND NEW equipment / tools / vehicle)
Location: Nottingham / Cambridge

Responsibilities:
* Drilling holes and use of power tools
* Installing Catenery cables onto the outside of buildings
* Pulling and Installing Fibre Optic Cables
* Connecting Fibre to Catenary Wire attaching with cable ties
* Extensive working at heights (ladders)
* Experience with fibre is not essential

Desirable Certifications include: NOPS, NRSWA, CSCS/ECS Card and BT Accreditations.
