£25,000 - £40,000 (OTE £30,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience)

Take ownership of your own specialist market, in which you can grow out and develop a team around you
Generating interest and pools of candidates within the chosen sector with a mixture of sourcing techniques.
Own the entire sales cycle and close high-level deals
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Manage lead generation?
Utilising and updating the in-house CRM system in line with the company process.
Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of KPI's/results.
The ideal candidate will:
A driven candidate with experience working a true 360 desk, doing sales, business development and candidate recruitment.
Someone who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking and shaping role briefings with clients, to supporting candidates through the interview process to close. This recruiter will be continually expanding their client base by using Business Development techniques, Networking, Marketing, and Lead generation all within the M&E, Construction, and Blue chip industry.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
Solid experience with CRM software
Driven with a competitive nature
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
