CCTV Pre-Sales Manager
North of England

We are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer of CCTV & IP Surveillance hardware & software, who have experienced record growth over the past year in spite of difficult market conditions. We are recruiting for a Pre-sales Manager to provide technical advice, support and strategy to customers and the Sales team within the North region.

Key Responsibilities:

*Provide pre sales technical support to North UK customers, external and internal sales force
*To fully support Key Account Managers in the field
*Handle all UK inbound sales calls/sales leads relating to product selection and responding as required, e.g. system design and product kit lists referring to Distributors
*Maintenance, preparation and upkeep of demonstration room and Sales team demonstration stock to ensure latest products are represented and working to maximum effect at all times
*Interface closely and co-operatively with Technical Manager, Training Manager, Marketing Manager, Product & Marketing team, Technical Support team and Sales Admin to ensure highest level of Customer Service experience and satisfaction
*Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required to provide onsite technical expertise and guidance
*Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of CCTV products with an emphasis on IP and network solutions
*Prepare all documentation for tenders
*To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Country Manager

Requirements:

*Experience in a similar role within the Security industry
*In depth knowledge of CCTV product and TCP/IP
*Intermediate & Advanced 'Microsoft Office' skills to include Excel
*Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal Company Directors / colleagues and key clients
*Ability to tailor communication styles to be effective with particular audiences
*Ability to carefully listen to and acknowledge customer requirements, ensuring their needs are met
*Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement
*Logical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail
*Displays a pro-active approach and is a 'solution finder'
*Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
*Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Full & Clean Driving License
*English language essential
