Role As Customer Success Manager, you will have customer centricity at the forefront and seek out best practice and process to ensuring customer success amongst the team. You will be part of a team of Relationship Managers from a point of inception, so experience is vital to succeed. Enterprise accounts will be scrutinised by you from a customer success prospective and you will engage with the sales functions to seek out improvements. Creating relationships with these key accounts and employees alike is essential and, of course, this will come naturally to you. Requirements for the Customer Success Manager

  • Ability to own, organise, plan, document and manage the whole Customer Success piece.
  • Engaging with all stakeholders in the key accounts and solidify well nurtured relationships.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a driver of high performance.
  • Strive to be the best in the industry.
  • Passionate about what you do and maintaining lasting connections.
  • Strategic planning, reporting and continuous improvement is a focus.
  • Experienced within the Telecoms/ISP space and have an understanding of the products/services related.
  • 2+ years in a customer success / relationship capacity – or relevant account manager role.
  • Well organised and effective planning.
