An independent utility network provider had taken on a 5-year, multi-site project for brand-new builds.

The company is one of the leaders in Fiber and Cabling in the UK. However, the project’s scale made it clear that their internal labour alone was not enough to fulfil their requirements. They needed support to find additional talent fast.

Since the company was already under time constraints, they had to find contractors who not only had the skillset they needed but were also able to start as soon as possible. With that in mind, Technical Resources offered to take on the company’s full requirements.
